Shipping costs are your responsibility. The products purchased on biagettidesignstore.it can be delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) nationally (including San Marino and the Vatican City) and other EU’s countries by express courier, Biagetti transportation and staff (henceforth: “Biagetti”).
You may choose from the following delivery options:
(a) Collection from the Biagetti warehouse in Via Faentina 105, 48123, Ravenna (RA). When completing the purchase order, you can select “collection”, which will reduce the transport costs to zero. Products will be given to the person indicated on the purchase order who should bring the print-out of the order form, sent to you by email.
(b) “Standard delivery”: by courier, specialised transportation or by Biagetti staff. Delivery will be made at the correct house and street indicated on the order form on condition that it is accessible to modes of transport and does not include the removal to the correct floor of the building, assembly or unpacking. The cost is automatically calculated on completion of the electronic order on the basis of weight, size and destination.
(c) “complete delivery”: only available in some Provinces of Italy and for orders/purchases of over €1000 (one thousand euros), by specialised transportation or by Biagetti staff. Complete delivery is made at the address indicated on the order form on condition that it is accessible to modes of transport and includes the removal to the correct floor of the building, assembly and unpacking. The cost is automatically calculated on completion of the order and is equal to 10% of the value of the products purchased. You can request availability of the service for other Provinces by contacting our Customer Care Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a reply as quickly as possible.
Products purchased on biagettidesignstore.it are usually delivered between 5 and 15 working days, calculated from the day after receipt of payment. For more information on delivery times, please refer to the “Payments & Refunds” section.
Before delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email by our staff who will confirm the day of delivery. It is therefore important that you include a correct contact number (preferably a mobile number) when you complete the electronic order.
On receipt of goods, it is important to:
- check that the number of delivered packages corresponds with the number reported on the ‘DDT’ (henceforth: “transport document”)
- check the conditions of the packaging and of the products contained inside. If the the packaging is visibly damaged, before signing for the goods, you must cite “accepted with reservations – damaged packaging….” in the box provided. - In the case of standard delivery, for heavy and large products (for example sofas, beds, armchairs, cupboards), be with at least one other person.
All deliveries are covered by insurance.
