From the home page of the website, you can start looking at the available products by department (living, dining etc)


Have you seen a product you like? Click on the photo and you will find a ‘Product Information’ sheet giving you all the information you need to make your choice (product name, designer, manufacturer, category, description, size, price, outlet price). Click on the photo again to enlarge the picture of the product. To proceed with your purchase, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Remember: Adding a product to the cart doesn’t mean reserving or purchasing it.


On the bottom right hand of the “cart” page, click on the “proceed with order” button to fill in your personal details (name, surname, address, city, province, postcode) that are necessary for delivery and invoicing purposes. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be calculated automatically during completion of the order. For further information on shipping costs, please refer to the “Delivery” section of the page.
You may choose from the following payment methods: PayPal® account or prepaid PayPal® card, credit card, or bank transfer. For further information on payment methods, please refer to the “Payments & Refunds” section.
On completing the procedure, you will receive confirmation of receipt of the order and a reference number. At the same time, you will receive an email summary of your purchases.
